Pasco Detectives Ask for Information in Homicide of James William Earl

Update:  Enhanced Reward of $5,000 Offered:
 
On January 16, 2019 at approximately 6:52 a.m., Pasco Fire Rescue received a medical call at the residence of 14838 Glenrock Road in Spring Hill.  It was determined that the victim sustained a gunshot wound and was found deceased in the driveway of his residence by his fiance.  The victim has been identified as James William Earl, who is a documented Pagan Motorcycle Club member.  At this time, motive, including any connection to activities of the club are unknown.

HCSO Detectives Search for Suspect Who Fled After Hitting Pedestrian in Plant City
August 12, 2019

STATUS: OPEN
On August 9, 2019 at approximately 11:00 p.m., a 63 yoa male was walking southbound on the east side of N Forbes Road in Plant City, just south
of US Highway 92 E., when he was struck by a passing vehicle traveling northbound.  The victim died as a result of the injuries he sustained.  Witnesses described seeing a dark-colored pickup truck or SUV leaving the scene shortly after the incident.

Pasco Detectives Ask for Information from the Public To Help Solve Homicide of Male Found Deceased in Zephyrhills Pond

On February 19, 2019 an adult male was found deceased in a pond behind the Home Depot located at 32715 Eiland Boulevard in Zephyrhills.  The victim has been identified as Carlos Saint Louis.  He was last seen in Hillsborough County on February 2, 2019 by family members.  Carlos was last seen driving his 2015 Chevrolet Sonic LT 4-door, gray in color, bearing FL tag EQSW64.  The vehicle had front end damage on the passenger side.  The vehicle was last seen on State Road 429 in Lake County on February 3, 2019.  It had previously been seen on the Polk Parkway and Wekivia Parkway on February 2, 2019.  New information revealed that on February 4, 2019 Carlos was seen getting into a black Chevrolet Suburban driven by an adult black male wearing scrubs in the Wawa parking lot located at 13501 Colonial Drive West in Winter Garden.  His Chevrolet Sonic was left at the Wawa and has been recovered by law enforcement.

TPD Looking for Car Involved in Deadly Hit and Run

STATUS: CLOSED
On August 5, 2019 at approximately 3:20 a.m., the unknown driver of a silver or pewter Nissan sedan struck an adult male pedestrian at 22nd Street N./Oakwood Avenue in Tampa.  The suspect driver fled the scene.  The pedestrian died as a result of the injuries he sustained.  Detectives believe the vehicle might have damage to the front end and under-carriage. 
 
Area surveillance captured the suspect vehicle.

TPD Detectives Search for Suspect Robbing Gas Stations

STATUS: SOLVED
On July 31, 2019 at 2:00 a.m. a black male entered the Mobil Gas Station located at 10002 N. Florida Ave., in Tampa, then pointed a black semi-automatic hand gun at the clerk while demanding money.  Later that day at 5:12 p.m., the suspect entered the Citgo Station located at 9931 N. Florida Ave., pulled a black handgun from his waistband, pointed it at the clerk and demanded money.  The suspect fled the store eastbound on E. Linebaugh Ave. on a black/white mountain bike. The suspect is described as being 6', 150 lbs. and thin build.
 
The suspect was captured on store surveillance video.

TPD Detectives Release Video in Homicide of Teen

On July 22, 2019 at 3:44 p.m. a teen was shot in the 10000 block of N. Pawnee Avenue by unknown suspect(s).  The teen died as a result of the injuries he sustained.  
 
Detectives have released a video of a vehicle of interest as it was seen nearby around the same time the shooting occurred.  They are looking for a newer model, light-colored sedan, possibly a Ford Focus.  The vehicle was captured on surveillance video.

Plant City Detectives Ask for Information from the Public to Help Identify Suspects

On July 7, 2019, just prior to closing, a verbal dispute inside Duke’s Brewhouse Restaurant located at 2212 James L. Redman Parkway in Plant City escalated to an incident involving several patrons outside.  An adult male victim was severely battered in the parking lot and sustained injuries requiring medical attention.  After the incident, the suspects left together in the same vehicle.  Surveillance video captured photos of the suspects involved. 
 
Detectives are asking for information that would help identify the unknown suspects as well as any photographs or video of the incident.

On July 9, 2019, shortly after 4:30 p.m., an unknown black female entered JC Penney's located at 201 Westshore Plaza, within Westshore Mall, and selected a variety of merchandise.  The suspect fled the store without paying for the items valued at $1,851.  The suspect was captured on store surveillance video.

Pasco Detectives Search for Home Invasion Suspects

On June 21, 2019 at approximately 7:00 p.m., three unknown suspects forcibly entered the victim's residence on Hyde Park Boulevard in Wesley Chapel and committed a home invasion robbery.  The suspects were described as possibly being two Hispanic males and one black male.  Two of the suspects were armed with handguns.  The suspects took cash and other miscellaneous items from the residence.  They fled in an older model gray or silver Nissan 4-door with faded paint.

TPD Detectives Release Photos of Auto Theft Suspects

On April 9, 2019 at 5:37 a.m., two unknown suspects took the victim's vehicle while it was parked in the Aquarium/Cruise Terminal parking lot located at 815 Channelside Drive in Tampa.  The vehicle stolen was a 2009 Mercedes CL3, which has been recovered by law enforcement.
