HCSO Detectives Investigate Explosion of Drive-Up ATM

Between the evening of January 11, 2020 and the early morning hours of January 12, 2020, unknown suspect(s) utilized an unknown type of destructive device to gain access to the interior of an ATM that was located in the drive-thru of the Regions Bank located at 3522 Bell Shoals Road in Valrico. Prior to the explosion, the lens to the exterior cameras were sprayed with black paint.
Investigators believe that this incident may be related to 3 other similar incidents that occurred in the last few months, however, not all incidents resulted in an explosion. On December 8, 2019, at 2:46 a.m., a male suspect spray painted the camera lens and tampered with the drive-thru ATM at the J.P. Morgan Chase Bank located at 11650 Countryway Boulevard. The other similar incidents occurred at the Regions Bank, 3522 Bell Shoals Road, on July 7, 2019 and on September 5, 2019.

Pasco Detectives Identify One of Five Armed Burglary Suspects

On September 7, 2019 at approx. 4:33 a.m., four suspects armed with firearms, entered the victim’s residence on Villa Capri Circle in Odessa. A fifth suspect was observed outside the apartment. The suspects took a safe which contained a large amount of cash and jewelry. They also removed an Xbox One, multiple watches and a .45 caliber Smith & Wesson firearm. It is possible that the suspects reside in Hillsborough County.

Detectives have identified the third suspect seen on surveillance video entering the residence as Rishal Shrestha, 06/19/2000. An arrest warrant for Armed Residential Burglary has been obtained for Shrestha.

HCSO Detectives Look for Bank Robbery Suspect Who Implied He Had a Gun

On December 27, 2019 at 9:00 a.m., after circling the parking lot, an unknown male entered the Center State Bank located at 10101 Bloomingdale Ave., Brandon. As he approached a teller he demanded cash while implying that he had a firearm. After receiving cash, the suspect fled in a light colored 4-door sedan eastbound on Bloomingdale Ave. The suspect was captured on surveillance video and is described as a W/M, 5'11", medium build/skin tone, wearing earrings in both ears, dark colored hooded jacket, blue jeans and baseball cap.

FDLE Agents Continue to Search for Brian Klecha

On December 27, 2017, Brian Edward Klecha was last seen making a banking transaction at MidFlorida Credit Union in Auburndale. Brian, a Disney Corporation employee, has ties to Hillsborough, Orange and Polk Counties. FDLE Agents believe that Brian did not go missing on his own and suspect he may have been the victim of domestic or drug abuse.
On February 11, 2018, his vehicle, a Jeep, was found abandoned on State Road 618 in Tampa near the Morgan Street exit. Investigators believe the vehicle had been in a car accident a few days earlier.

On December 19th, 2019 at approximately 4:40 p.m. an unknown female entered the BB&T Bank located at 2211 US Highway 19 in Holiday. The female, captured on surveillance video, handed the teller a note demanding cash. After receiving the cash she fled the bank on foot.

On December 8, 2019, at approximately 6:00 a.m., an unknown white male entered the Circle K Gas Station located at 6009 Highway 579 in Seffner.
The male suspect demanded money from the clerk. After the clerk refused to give the male suspect the money, the male suspect fled the store on foot.
The male suspect was last seen heading south toward Highway 92 E.
The male suspect was caught on the store surveillance.

On December 4, 2019, at approximately 1:30 P.M., an unknown male suspect forcibly entered a home located on High Oak Lane in Tampa. The suspect caused damage to the sliding glass door upon gaining entry to the home. The audible alarm sounded and the suspect fled the home without taking any items.

On November 23, 2019 at approximately 4:20 a.m. Someone reported a man with head injuries in the 3700 block of 29th Street N. in Tampa.
It was determined that the male victim had been struck in the head with a baseball bat during a dispute. The suspect fled the scene in a white sedan. The victim was transported to Tampa General Hospital where he remained in ICU. The victim succumbed to the injury on 11/29/19.
The suspect is known to frequent the area where the dispute took place.
The suspect's vehicle was caught on video surveillance.

On November 17, 2019, before 4:00 a.m., a black male suspect entered The University Square Mall located at 2200 Fowler Avenue E. in Tampa, FL., thru an unlocked service door.
Once inside the mall, the suspect walked directly to the food court, jumped over the counter at The Taco Gone Mobile restaurant, and forced his way into the office. The suspect stole money, a Samsung tablet, and a cell phone.
The suspect fled the mall on foot and was last seen walking thru the parking garage towards 22nd Street N.
The suspect is described as 5'11" and 200lbs. He has a short afro hairstyle and was last seen wearing a purple hoodie, red jeans, black and white hi-top sneakers and a black beanie hat.
The suspect was caught on mall surveillance.

On December 1, 2019 at approximately 3:00 a.m., an unknown male suspect stole a 2010 Infiniti G7 Convertible from 1714 Angel Olivia Senior Boulevard in Ybor City, FL.
The vehicle has a Buccaneers tag and Tampa Bay Rays sticker in the driver's side rear window.
The victim left the vehicle, while she went to the walk-up window to get a pizza.
The victim returned to her vehicle 15 minutes later, and discovered the vehicle was gone.
The suspect was captured on video surveillance.
