TPD Detectives Release Numerous Photos of Suspects Caught on Camera Inside Closed T-Mobile

During the early morning hours of May 31, 2020, unknown suspect(s) broke the glass to the T-Mobile located at 1505 Fowler Avenue E. in Tampa. Numerous suspects can be seen on store surveillance video entering the closed business and taking a variety of merchandise to include cell phones.

HCSO Detectives Search for Driver Who Struck Pedestrian then Fled

Just before 10:00 pm on June 4, 2020, an adult male was walking northbound across the westbound lanes of Bearss Avenue near 22nd Street North. The unknown driver struck the pedestrian after he stepped into the path of a gray or silver vehicle. After hitting the victim, the driver continued on Bearss Avenue without stopping to render aid. The victim died as a result of the injuries he sustained.

TPD Detectives Look for Suspects Throwing Bricks/Rocks at Police Cars

Update 6/25/20 - Additional photos of suspects involved with throwing Mortars and Rocks at law enforcement have been released.
During the afternoon of May 30, 2020, while a civil unrest was occurring, unknown suspects threw bricks/rocks at marked law enforcement vehicles in the area of 30th Street N. & Busch Boulevard E. in Tampa. During the incident, several police vehicles were damaged. Cameras caught an unknown black female throwing a brick at a marked Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office vehicle, hitting and breaking the rear window. Damages to the vehicle are estimated at approx. $5,000.

On June 6, 2020 at 10:57 pm, Tampa Police received a call regarding a shooting in the 3600 block of E. Hanna Ave. Officers located an adult male victim of a gunshot wound in the front yard of a residence. The victim, who was in his 40's, was taken to a nearby hospital, where he died as a result of his injuries.
