The homicide of Jennifer Suojanen, who was found deceased in her home on December 20, 2023 is reaching the 1-year anniversary.
Jennifer's husband, Sean Suojanen, has not been seen or heard from since that time and the search for him continues. Sean is 53 years old, 6'0" and approximately 250 lbs., with brown eyes and dark blonde hair, last seen on December 21, 2023 near the Margaret Drive in the area of Port Richey.

FHP Searching for Hit-n-Run Driver Who Fatally Struck Teen Bicyclist

On November 16, 2024 at 8:20 pm, a 2011-2014 red Dodge Charger with silver rims, was traveling eastbound on SR-674. West of 4th Street, the vehicle overtook and collided with a 19-year-old male bicyclist from Guatemala who was traveling eastbound on SR-674. Following the collision, the unknown driver fled the crash scene, leaving behind vehicle parts from the front portion of the vehicle. The bicyclist was transported to an area hospital and later died from injuries suffered during the crash.

Pasco Detectives Work to Solve a Theft

On September 5, 2024 at approx. 12:45 p.m., three adult black subjects, (see photos), stole property from a business in the 15200 block of US Highway 19 in Hudson. The subjects entered the business and engaged in a verbal dispute with another person inside. They proceeded to steal the business’s cash register and left on foot. They may be driving a dark colored Ford Expedition (see photo).

Pasco Deputies Ask for Tips to Help Solve a Shooting

A shooting occurred on August 3, 2024 around 6:40 p.m. in the Trilby Road area of Dade City. The suspect drove westbound past two individuals walking along the Withlacoochee State Trail, then turned around, slowed the car and fired one shot out of the back passenger window. One of the individuals, an adult, was shot and transported to a hospital for non-life threatening injuries. The suspect is described as being a Hispanic male teenager wearing a red or burgundy pullover hoodie. The suspect may have been driving a blue 2012 to 2019 Nissan Versa, see photos.

TPD Detectives Ask for Tips to Identify Armed Robber

On the morning of August 9th, 2024, an armed suspect entered the 29th Street Grocery store located at 2802 N 29th St., where he pointed a gun, threatened the clerk, and demanded money. The suspect fled the scene northbound on 29th St. on a bicycle.
Store surveillance video of the suspect shows him wearing a black t-shirt with white lettering pulled over his head. He also can be seen wearing black and gray camouflage shorts, black Nike slides, and has a noticeable scar on his abdomen.

Reward to Solve Double Homicide Being Investigated by the Plant City Police Department Increased to up to $9,500

On December 25, 2023 at approx. 9:41 p.m., a shooting occurred near Louisiana Street & South Morgan Street in Plant City. A victim, identified as Jamayais Bennett, 2/20/2003, died as a result of his injuries at the hospital. Witnesses advised that there possibly was a second victim. Just prior to the shooting, Jamayais was seen on foot in the area talking on a cellphone when another subject walked up to him. Officers searched the area, but were unable to locate anyone who may have been injured.
The suspect vehicle was described as an unknown make/model SUV, silver in color, which was seen approaching both subjects. (See surveillance video) The suspects shot multiple rounds from the SUV at both victims. On December 27, 2023 the second victim, identified as Zonteveon Shaw, 7/31/1993, was found deceased at a Plant City Cemetery.

Tampa PD Detectives Seek Tips in Diesel Fuel Thefts

On December 1, 2023, at the Rebel Gas Station located at 5149 Adamo Drive, three unknown suspects, captured on surveillance video, tampered with the high flow diesel fuel pumps causing them to pump diesel fuel without reading the actual amount of diesel fuel being dispensed. The suspects pumped 1,100 gallons valued at approx. $4,500 into their two trucks and fled the scene without paying for the diesel fuel.

On July 2, 2024, just after 10:00 pm, in the 4000 block of N Dale Mabry Hwy, an armed robbery occurred at the Econo Lodge Motel. The unknown suspect threatened the clerk with a firearm while demanding money from the cash register. After, the suspect quickly left the motel in an unknown direction with the money. No one was harmed in the process.
The suspect, seen in the video, appears to be a white male, wearing a maroon and white baseball hat, red shirt, and multi-colored shorts.

Reward Increased to up to $25,000 in Death of 7-year-old Child on 4th of July

Shortly after 8:30 p.m. on July 4, 2023, while many people were celebrating Independence Day, a shooting between two groups of Hispanic males occurred along the Courtney Campbell Causeway west of Ben T. Davis Beach regarding the reckless driving of a jet ski near where children were playing in the water. As a result, a 7-year-old child sustained a gunshot wound to his head. Yitzian Torres Garcia died from his injuries. Yitzian's grandfather, Juan Carlos Hernandez, suffered a gunshot wound to his hand as he attempted to protect Yitzian from the gunshots.
Due to the location, we are asking if anyone has any information, whether it be personal knowledge, witnessed activity or a photo or video that may further the investigation, to submit a tip.
