Another Crime Stoppers Tip Leads To Arrest For Marijuana Grow House February 11, 2015

On February 10, 2015 Special Investigation Division detectives along with District II SES deputies executed a court authorized search warrant at 9954 Timmons Road in Thonotosassa. This was the culmination of a month-long investigation stemming from a Crime Stoppers tip. Once inside the residence, detectives discovered one room converted for the sole purpose of cultivating marijuana. Detectives located several marijuana plants drying inside the suspect`s bedroom closet. Detectives located and seized 237 grams of processed marijuana, along with a loaded .38 revolver. Detectives arrested Anna Lambdin and charged her with Cultivation of Marijuana, Possession of Marijuana over 20 grams and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. This is the fifth indoor maijuana grow operation that Hillsborough County Sheriff`s Office has worked in 2015.
Crimestoppers Tip Leads to Arrest of Two People For Manufacture and Trafficking Methamphetamine January 30, 2015

Stephanie Peters DOB: 7/31/1984 10400 Davis Road #42 Tampa
Charges: Manufacture of Controlled Substance, Trafficking in Amphetamine, Child Neglect (2 Counts), Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Grand Theft (VOP)
Detectives received a Crimestoppers Tip that Richard McElveen and Stephanie Peters were allegedly cooking methamphetamine at their residence. On January 29, detectives responded to 10400 David Road #42 in Tampa and observed both subjects exit their residence and enter their car. A traffic stop was conducted and Stephanie Peters and Richard McElveen were taken into custody for their outstanding warrants. A search of the vehicle was conducted and a mobile meth lab was located in the trunk.
In addition to their warrants, both suspects were charged with Manufacturing Methamphetamine, Trafficking in Methamphetamine, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Child Neglect (x2). McElveen is a Career Offender and a 26-time convicted felon. He has been incarcerated four times and released the last time in October 2013.
At the time of the arrest, a one month old male child and 8-year-old female child were in the back seat of the vehicle only a few feet away from the meth lab. CPID was notified and the children were released to appropriate caregiver.

Trafficking in Marijuana Cultivation of Marijuana Own, Lease, or Rent for Purposes of Trafficking Possession of Drug Paraphernalia Grand Theft Electricity.
Hillsborough County, FL (Tampa) - In mid January 2015, Hillsborough County Sheriff`s Office, Special Investigation Division began investigating a Crime Stoppers complaint stating marijuana was possibly being grown at 3207 Ehrlich Road in Tampa.
On January 27, 2015, HCSO detectives obtained and executed a search warrant at the residence and located one room converted for the sole purpose of cultivating marijuana.
Detectives recovered from inside the residence, twenty one (21) marijuana plants which were growing inside soil-filled pots along with equipment used in the cultivation process. Detectives also located 218 grams of processed marijuana which was packaged for sale along with 1 gram of powder cocaine and $3,715.00 in U.S. Currency.
Total weight of marijuana seized was 38 pounds with an estimated street value of $76,000 dollars.
TECO representatives responded to the residence and located an illegal meter connection that was providing unauthorized electrical power with an estimated theft of $8400.00
