7/18/2010 - HOME INVASION SUSPECT SOUGHT IN PASCO COUNTY!!

Crime Stoppers of Tampa Bay is offering a reward of up to $1000 for information that leads to the arrest of the unknown suspect responsible for an armed home invasion that occurred in the 20000 block of Blanchette Court in Lacoochee, FL (Pasco County). On Sunday, July 18, 2010, at approximately 12:05 am, an unknown black male suspect pushed his way into the victim’s residence. Once inside the home, the suspect pushed the victim to the floor while pointing a small, black handgun at the victim. Once on the ground the suspect placed a heating pad over the victims face and instructed her not to move. The unknown suspect rummaged through the home, then fled out the back door with the listed property in an unknown direction on foot.

The unknown suspect is described as a black male, 20-25 yoa, 5’9", 160 lbs., dark complexion, short afro, and was last seen wearing an army green shirt, dark pants, and brown flip flops.

5/25/2010 - REWARD OFFERED FOR INFORMATION LEADING TO ARREST OF SOUTH TAMPA BURGLARY SUSPECT!!

Crime Stoppers of Tampa Bay is offering a reward of up to $1,000 for information that leads to the identification and arrest of a South Tampa burglary suspect. On Tuesday, May 25th, 2010, at around 11:56 PM, the pictured suspect threw a concrete paver through the front window of Park’s Food Store, located at 3807 S. Manhattan in Tampa, FL.  The suspect then entered the store through the smashed window and stole several cartons of Newport cigarettes.  No suspect vehicle was observed at the scene. The unknown Caucasian, possibly Hispanic, male suspect has a particularly large tattoo in the area of his right shoulder blade.

5/13/2010 - REWARD OFFERED FOR ARREST OF GRAND THEFT SUSPECT!!

Crime Stoppers of Tampa Bay is offering a reward of up to $1,000 for information that leads to the identification and arrest of the unknown suspect responsible for two grand thefts of electronics from two local drugstores. On April 28, 2010, at approximately 2:20 pm, an unknown white male entered the CVS located at 7351 Hillsborough Ave in Tampa, and was observed on CVS Security cameras stealing electric toothbrushes, DVD players, cologne, and MP3 players valued at over $600. The suspect fled with the items with security chasing.  Detectives from the Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office also believe that the same suspect also committed the same type of crime on April 8, 2010, at the Walgreens located at 11211 Hillsborough Avenue in Tampa.

The suspect is described as a white male, 20 to 35yoa, 5’5” to 5’9”, 140 to 180lbs, short brown hair, and was last seen wearing dark green shirt, blue jeans, and work boots.  The suspect’s vehicle is described as a 1990’s Suzuki Sidekick , blue in color, with a convertible top.  The vehicle has a Florida License plate with a possible combination of 3FF in the license. The suspect has also used an older model large dark vehicle with damage to the rear on other thefts.

4/17/2010 - Burglary Suspect Sought!!

Crime Stoppers of Tampa Bay is offering a reward of up to $1000 for information that leads to the identification and arrest of the unknown b/m responsible for the burglary of the Fletcher Supermarket located at 1502 Fletcher Avenue, Suite #1, in Tampa.  On April 17, 2010, between 2:00 – 2:30 AM, the suspect broke the front window to the business with a rock. Once inside, the suspect removed two cartons of cigarettes and fled the scene.

 

The suspect is described as B/M, 25-35 years old, bald, about 5’6”- 5’9”, medium build, has facial hair (mustache), blue shirt, black pants and black shoes. The clothing may be a uniform from an unknown business.

3/23/2010 - REWARD OFFERED IN BURGLARY/ARSON CASE!!!

Crime Stoppers is offering a reward of up to $1,000 for information that leads to the identification and arrest of the unknown suspect responsible for the burglary and arson of a business located at 1815 W. Sligh Avenue, Suite C, in Tampa. On March 23, 2010, at approximately 3:34am, the pictured suspect approached the business, which is located in a strip plaza, on foot. According to Tampa Police detectives, the suspect smashed the exterior surveillance cameras and glass door with a 2 X 4 wood board. The suspect then entered the business, splashed a flammable liquid around the entrance and then lit the liquid. The suspect stayed in the business for several minutes making sure the fire was spreading. The suspect then fled the business on foot.

Based on the surveillance photos below, the suspect is described as a white or Hispanic/white male, 25-35 years of age, 5’8 – 6’0, thin and unshaven. Suspect was wearing dark jeans, a gray colored hooded sweatshirt, white shoes and light colored gloves.

3/4/2010 - Suspect Breaks into Eleven Businesses

SUSPECT:  Caucasian Male, dressed in business attire, glasses, wide nose, under 6 feet, medium build, mid 30s to mid 40s

WHEN: March 1 and 2, 2010,  between noon and 5:30 a.m.

WHERE: 2002 Lois Avenue North, Tampa, (11 separate suites)

DETAILS:
The suspect broke into 11 offices in the business complex and took four
computers, a business suit and a duffel bag.  The suspect arrived by taxi
around noon on March 1 and spent nearly 18 hours entering and exiting the
building.  He left around 5:30 a.m. on March 2.  There are vacant offices in
the building.  Detectives believe he may have been in a vacant office
overnight.

3/2/2010 - REWARD OFFERED FOR ARREST OF BURGLARY SUSPECTS!!

Crime Stoppers of Tampa Bay is offering a reward of up to $1000 for information that leads to the identity and arrest of two unknown B/M suspects who kicked in the door of a Lutz residence in an attempted residential burglary. On March 2, 2010, at approximately 11:45 a.m. the suspect vehicle is seen backing into the victim`s driveway located in the 18000 block of Bittern Avenue in Lutz .  One of the suspect`s is seen exiting the vehicle and goes to the front door of the residence and rings the door bell for several minutes.  The suspect then gets back into the vehicle and leaves. 

According to the victim, approximately 10 minutes later the suspects returned and kicked in the front door of the residence.  When the suspects kicked in the door, the victim screamed and ran to another room where she called law enforcement.  The suspects fled before taking anything.
  

Suspect #1 is described as a black male,  22 - 29 years of age, approximately 5`11",  light complexion, short black hair,  and was last seen wearing  green pants, green t-shirt, black shoes and  carrying a folding style cell phone.  He has what appears to be an earring in his left ear. Suspect #2 is described as a black male, 18- 21 years of age, approximately  5`3", light complexion, thin build,  and was last seen wearing a gold/yellow t-shirt.

2/19/2010 - Bank Robbery Suspects Sought!!

On February 19, 2010, at approximately 8:35am, two unknown black male suspects entered the Suncoast Schools Federal Credit Union located at 950 W. Fletcher Avenue in Tampa. Suspect #1 sat in the waiting area while suspect #2 approached the counter and gave the teller a note written on a bank withdrawal slip demanding money. After receiving an undisclosed amount of currency, both suspects exited the bank together through the front door.

 

Suspect #1 is described as a black male, 25-30 years of age, 6’0-6’3” in height, and weighing 200+ pounds. He was last seen wearing a red baseball cap, cream colored hooded sweat jacket with unknown writing and brightly colored drawings on the front and long blue jean shorts.

 

Suspect #2 is described as a black male in his late 20’s or early 30’s, 5’6”-5’8” in height with a medium build, unshaven with a mustache and beard. He was last seen wearing a tan jacket with brown trim, a white t-shirt underneath and dark colored pants.

 

Within the video surveillance footage, there is a red or burgundy vehicle, possibly a Ford Taurus or Mercury Sable, seen leaving the parking area a short time after the suspects exited the bank.

2/5/2010 - Person of Interest Sought in Murder Case

Crime Stoppers of Tampa Bay is offering a reward of up to $1,000 for information that leads to the arrest of the unknown suspect responsible for the murder of 28 year old Peter Hyman of  Tampa.  The victim was shot by an unknown black male suspect in the parking lot of the Tally Ho Pub, located at 7402 N. 56th Street in Tampa, on Feb. 5, 2010, at 2:45 am.

 

Earlier in the evening, the victim was involved in an altercation with a group of individuals inside the pub. A short time later the victim left the establishment at closing time and proceeded to his vehicle in the parking lot.  As the victim was sitting in his car, he was approached by an unknown suspect who shot him one time in the upper body with an unknown type of firearm. The suspect then fled the scene in possibly a 1990’s black Cadillac Escalade or a 4 door dark colored 1990`s model sedan with an unknown tag.

 

The suspect is described as a black male with a light complexion, early 20’s, 5’10”, 175 - 185 lbs., with a medium build and clean shaven. HE was observed to possibly have a receding hairline, his eyes are positioned close togetger, and he spoke with a slight speech impediment.  He was last seen wearing a red baseball cap, red shirt, black jeans and white tennis shoes.

 

Below is a photograph of one of the unknown subjects who had been involved in the altercation with the victim prior to the shooting and is considered a person of interest whom detectives would like to speak to regarding the case.

1/2/2010 - REWARD OFFERED FOR GRAND THEFT SUSPECTS!!

Crime Stoppers of Tampa Bay is offering a reward of up to $1000 for information that leads to the identity and arrest three unknown suspects who stole a diamond ring valued at $2,000 from the Wal-Mart located at 1208 Brandon Boulevard in Brandon.  On January 2, 2010, at approximately 7:28 pm, two unknown white males and an unknown white female were able to remove a diamond solitaire  in a white gold setting from the jewelry counter and fled the store in silver Ford 150 extended cab pickup truck with a silver topper.

 

Suspect #1 is described as a white male last seen wearing a white t-shirt, dark colored pants, white tennis shoes, and a red Nike baseball cap.  Suspect #2 is described as a white female, blonde hair, last seen wearing a yellow sweatshirt and dark colored pants. Suspect #3 is described as a white male with tattoos on both forearms last seen wearing an orange t-shirt, long, baggy shorts, white tennis shoes, and light blue baseball cap.
